Elevate Your Practice
You deserve the support you give your own clients.
We were born out of our own frustration in finding exceptional allied health practice support that is grounded, agile, and sustainable. We want to create that experience for all of us allied health professionals. Because once you’ve experienced it you never look back. Or you do when your person leaves and you’re left in the grief and worry of “what if I never find someone as good again?”
We’ve been there. That’s why we want to elevate your systems so you never have to worry about the “what if’s” again.
With clear, concise standard operating procedures that we can create for you alongside a team of onboarded practice support professionals, your only worry will be what you are having for lunch (yes, we keep you accountable to your scheduling and actually taking lunch goals too).
Let us be that for you.
We carry the mental load
As allied health professionals in private practice, we carry the mental load of our business, our staff, our clients, and our families. It’s really exhausting. All with high risk and high stakes. But we do it without even considering there’s another way because we’ve been conditioned to see it as normal. Common does not equal normal. It’s common for us to work late into the evenings and weekends while also transitioning seamlessly between being a present and attuned partner, friend, parent etc. It’s common for us to feel bone-tired physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually with no end in sight, possibly even thinking that’s just what being in private practice entails.
We want to create the most balanced and sustainable version of you. Because you deserve it. And so do your clients, your family, your friends, and your beloved pets.
We’ll then toast to your new normal, together.

We’re a 30-something year old sister duo who have nothing in common except both being dux of our rural school (honestly, what the heck?) and being dedicated, loyal, workers.
Cody (she/her) is a social worker, sole trader, and private practice owner. Tysha (she/her) is her sister who got sick of listening to her complaining about being exhausted and lacking adequate support. She’s been there through every aspect of Cody’s 3+ businesses.
Tysha has worked her way up from receptionist to client services manager of a financial advising company over the past decade. She is so beloved that when she moved cities, they said “okay well I guess we’re flying to visit and set up your home office.” She’s practically family at this point.

We’re both successful in our own right due to her tiny country town ethos instilled into us.
Grit & grind. Respect and accountability because you’re always going to have to rely on someone in the community for something at some point. Owning up to your mistakes AND fixing them. Valuing diversity, everyone’s unique skills and strengths, and different ways of thinking. Upfront and honest communication that solves the problems and moves on! A good sense of humour and ability to see the good amongst the horrendously bad.
And most importantly, relationships. They are everything. We treat our clients, their clients, and our staff with the level of care and consideration that speaks to our values and integrity of character and professionalism.

We work with allied health professionals who are overwhelmed by the administrative burden of running a private practice. There’s so many monumental moments of client success and joy to having a private practice but there’s also the dark pits of admin hell. We get it. We are it haha!
We particularly understand the experience of being a neurodivergent professional and working with neurodivergent clients. That’s our peanut butter & jam!

Confidentiality is at our core
We’ve found that it’s so hard to have faith in the prospect of bringing on admin support, particularly due to the industry we work in with extremely high requirements for confidentiality and privacy. That’s one of the reasons we exist, we wanted to overcome that barrier because we understand it’s a massive one. And a very valid one too. We take confidentiality and privacy as seriously as you do, and we mean it.
